One of Houston’s most prolific developers has taken the next step in realizing his latest Inner Loop project. Randall Davis Company announced an on-site sales gallery for London HouseHouston’s newest mid-rise luxury development overlooking the River Oaks Estates at 2323 San Felipe St.
London House, a 70,000 square foot tower and 12-storey, 70,000 square foot planned community, is inspired by the local tony neighborhood and the quaint elegance of London’s Chelsea neighborhood. The project is the brainchild of not just Randall Davis, but also his daughter, Natalie, according to a press release.
Groundbreaking is currently scheduled for fall 2022, according to an announcement from the Randall Davis Company, which combines Davis senior’s decades of construction and development with his daughter’s aesthetic approach.
“Our goal is to create a smaller, more exclusive residence in a fabulous location with stunning views of the River Oaks,” Randall Davis said in a statement. “Every element of the building, from the high-quality design to the state-of-the-art amenities, has been carefully crafted to meet the needs of those seeking a luxurious lock-and-leave-it lifestyle.”
This means 23 units, with 19 standard residences and four penthouses. Most will have direct elevator access, while the four-story garage will offer 14 private garages that residents can rent to house their vehicles – a rarity in such local condominiums.
Inside, residents will find a gas fireplace, Gaggenau appliances, ceiling heights ranging from 11 feet to 13 feet, and terraces – with the option of adding an outdoor kitchen for first-time buyers.
Key to the region and discerning demographic, prospective buyers can customize every facet of their home, from amenities such as Eggersmann cabinetry to an extensive selection of stone, porcelain, flooring, carpets, and more.
Since the project was developed during COVID, the Davises ensured health and safety elements such as ionizers in the return air grilles, sanitizing lights in the kitchen drawers, toilets and faucets without contact, germ-free handles in powder baths and Nest thermometers with remote control capabilities. .
Common areas include an expansive lobby with concierge, resident bedroom, and dog park and pet wash station.
Floor plans for London House start at $1.5 million, including standard units with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms or three bedrooms, three bathrooms – all ranging from 2,725 square feet to 3 388 square feet.
